Join us at the inaugural Prenatal-to-3 Research to Policy Summit on September 15, 2020 to learn about why the prenatal to age 3 developmental period is so critical and which policies can best strengthen outcomes and reduce disparties from the start.
We're also releasing the first of its kind report during the Summit -- the Prenatal-to-3 State Policy Roadmap, an actionable guide for state policymakers to strengthen prenatal-to-3 systems of care in their state, based on comprehensive and rigorous reviews of the available evidence. State Roadmaps for each of the 50 states and DC with online data interactives will also be released.
We're excited to announce our newest confirmed speakers, a panel of state leaders who have recognized the importance of investing in the earliest years and taking action in their state: Alabama State Representative Terri Collins and New Jersey Assemblywoman Shanique Davis Speight. The panel will be moderated by Wade Fickler, Group Director of the Children and Families Program at the National Conference of State Legislatures, and the discussion will focus on how the new evidence-driven Roadmap will impact how they think about policies that help their state's infants and toddlers.
