Kaeley provides oversight and guidance to family strengthening, fatherhood, and early childhood research projects and teams at CFRP. She previously led the CFRP’s ongoing evaluations of the Texas Home Visiting Program, the Fatherhood EFFECT program, and the Military and Veteran Families Pilot Prevention Program.
Kaeley earned her Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research interests center around the development and wellbeing of children from low-income families. Outside of her graduate work, Kaeley has worked as a research assistant at the Yale Child Study Center and on the Texas KIDS COUNT project at the Center for Public Policy Priorities.
