Ann-Charlotte Proffitt is a Master of Public Affairs candidate at the LBJ School of Public Affairs. She holds a B.A. in Plan II Honors and French from the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to graduate school, Ann-Charlotte directed the Plan II/KIPP mentorship program at UT Austin. She has also spent summers interning at local nonprofits, boutique investment firms, and nationwide foundations, where she contributed to research and analytics, strategy development, grants management, and data-driven policy implementation. At CFRP, Ann-Charlotte is part of the family strengthening team where she works on family supports, early childhood investments, and fatherhood projects.
