The Child and Family Research Partnership (CFRP) is the largest research group at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and the only center specializing in family policy research at The University of Texas at Austin. We engage in rigorous qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation work for federal and state agencies and non-governmental organizations.
CFRP specializes in collaborative partnerships and using academic research for real-world policy decisions. We aim to help organizations understand what works and why, and how to ensure sustainable implementation of effective policies.
Our full range of services include:
- large-scale research design
- survey development and administration
- complex data management
- in-depth data analysis
- synthesis of findings for stakeholders
We also regularly collaborate with our colleagues at the LBJ School's Center for Health and Social Policy and other University centers/departments.
